Prior to listing your home, a Novak Realty, LLC representative will go through your home with you and see the home from a buyer’s prospective.

Some real estate companies will provide you with a generic listing presentation and marketing campaign. It is important to have your marketing agreement tailored to your needs and Novak Realty, LLC will do just that. Your lawn may already be well trimmed. You may only need touch up paint.

In addition to the yard signage and outside flyer box, below are some of the real estate marketing tools that Novak Realty, LLC will offer you during your listing and marketing presentation.

  • Showing your home by scheduling appointments is one way we sell your home with the least amount of inconvenience to you. We can place your home on lockbox. This will allow for your home to be shown when you are not there. Appointments will be scheduled according to your instructions.
  • Follow up contact with each showing agent will be made for feedback. Within 48 hours, you will be provided with an update.
  • Warranty Programs are great marketing tools. Depending on your asking price, and time frame for moving, we recommend that you offer a home warranty. They protect you and they also put the buyers at ease.
  • Written marketing Progress Reports will be submitted to you weekly, informing you of the work we are doing.
