Once you have decided to hire Novak Realty, LLC to price, list, market and advertise your home, we will provide you with a list of comparable properties in your community that have sold during the last six months.
After touring several homes in your area, we will recommend a competitive listing price for your home, with a variable of plus or minus 5 percent. Although, there may not be many comparable homes that are particularly similar to yours, they do provide a basic reference in a competitive market analysis. We will follow up with a periodic review to see if we are competitive. The price you ultimately will receive, of course depends on your motivation and that of the buyer.
