For six years she was a Credit Reporting Agent for The Credit Bureau of B.R./Equifax Mortgage Services, where she earned The Fair Credit Reporting Act Certification (FCRA). ABOUT THE OWNER To stay abreast of current real estate issues and trends, she received her Accredited Buyer’s Representative Designation (ABR); the benchmark in buyer representation. With hard work and dedication she became a Multi-Million dollar sales producer. In 2004 she became and enjoyed serving as Chair for the Marketing Committee for Burns & Co./DSK Realtors’ transition. She has trained “new agents” on how to market and advertise homes. She was also a guest lecturer for Burk Baker School of Real Estate and Appraising, where she taught Ownership of Real Property, Encumbrances to Real Property, Transfer of Title, Real Estate Finance, Federal Fair Housing, and Louisiana License Law. In 2005, she was nominated by her peers for The Greater Baton Rouge Association of Realtors Board of Directors. She is also an active member of The Greater Baton Rouge Association of Realtors, and serves on two very important committees. To continue with her ambitions, in 2006 she wrote several articles for LaView Women’s Magazine, as an avid writer. Her articles include “Preparing Your Home for Show”, “Pricing Your Home Right”, and “Why You Should work with a Realtor”. Wanting to expand her horizons, she became a New Home Sales Counselor for National Home Builder, KB HOME, a Fortune 500 Company. Ms. Novak Lewis is a licensed Louisiana Real Estate Broker, and the owner of Novak Realty, LLC. Her objective is to bring buyers and sellers together for a meeting of the minds. One of her passions in life is to help others reach for and achieve their dreams and goals. She is a successful business woman, an educator, writer, entrepreneur, and mentor.
